At the end of the day, you have a delightful, practical, handmade bag and refreshed bodies, hearts and minds. Movement techniques can ease neck, shoulder and back pain caused by extended sitting while sewing, knitting and other making. Absolutely no sewing experience or skill is needed and all materials are provided. Movement can be safely adjusted to all body types and levels of mobility.
